Hello, My name is Meghan Kasper, owner and lead therapist at Core Essence Pelvic Floor Therapy and Bodywork. I provide a client-centered, holistic, and integrative approach to pelvic health that incorporates education, movement and hands on bodywork. At Core Essence, you will experience individualized care and support to help you achieve your core and pelvic floor goals.

I am committed to empowering all women with education, necessary tools, and most importantly TRUST in their own own bodies to facilitate healing, strength and function before birth, after birth, and beyond.
