I am a Certified Pre & Postnatal Movement & Rehabilitation Specialist who is also a Certified Body Ready Method® Pro.

Through my BRM® Pro Training & other Certifications, I am able to offer support & guidance throughout pregnancy, early postnatally & beyond. Through functional exercise & movement, you can effectively support your pregnant body as it changes, minimise or avoid many of the common pregnancy symptoms & effectively prepare your body for labour & birth.

I am extremely passionate about helping women feel their best throughout pregnancy as their body changes & as they prepare for birth, & postnatally as they reconnect & recover.

I am also dedicated to helping postnatal women who are already experiencing core or pelvic floor dysfunction to rehabilitate, alleviate symptoms & have a better quality of life.

With a difficult personal experience of my own, I offer my knowledge & experience with empathy & unconditional support, I want the very best experience for my clients & will do my utmost to facilitate this.
