As a midwife, I am constantly amazed by the beauty and challenges of pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I have been passionate about exercise as a means for healthier pregnancy and birth for as long as I can remember but being trained in Body Ready MethodTM has given me tools to be specific to each client to prevent and address complications. Every appointment with my clients includes creating a plan for physical and mental exercises to achieve the best birth they can have. I practice in a small hospital and birthing center and have begun teaching the nursing staff some of the key positions for labor. One strong mama is creating a movement in the birthing world and I am excited to be a part of it!
